As a pilot on Bedale Drive in the Abbey Ward the public land has been cleared and residents were asked to give us a hand presenting any bulky rubbish they had in their front gardens so that it could be removed and the Cleaning teams could end a hand tidying up front gardens too. Tackling the whole road at once! Below are a selection of before and after shots of the public land cleared and and idea of what else was cleared with residents.

Huge thanks to the Cleasnsing and Parks teams that worked on it, the City Wardens, the Biffa 'bulky waste' team, the local residents and local Councillors Annette Byrne and Colin Marriott (who made sure hot tea was avaialble to all)! What a difference!
